Even after an investment of finance and human resources to address the drinking water needs of a family or community and at the end of the day, the subject scheme/technology is not serving the intended purpose – it is very sad. EF – F is more powerful and we need to give more emphasis. Twice I have tempted to do naked truth on our IEC poster – but, it is your series, I do not want to dilute it.
