The Safety 2012 World Conference

The Safety 2012 World Conference is just around the corner and our colleagues at the Road Traffic Injuries Research Network (RTIRN), along with the George Institute for Global Health, with financial support from The Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), will present a two-day workshop for the Asia Pacific region on evidence based strategies and programs for the prevention of road traffic injuries and related disability.

JH-IIRU Director, Adnan Hyder, will give a keynote address and the event will feature the involvement of expert facilitators and presenters from RTIRN and the Asia Pacific region. The event will take place in the city of Wellington, New Zealand; on September 30th and October 1st, 2012.
