Organisation: Civilian Technical Assistance Programme Country: Afghanistan Closing date: 30 Nov 2012 General Directorate for Program Implementation and Coordination Unit (PICU) is responsible for the supervision of programme implementation at national and provincial level and donor coordination of projects underway. It provides support, services and supervision to Provincial Departments to ensure the coordination of design, implementation and management of programme. It is also responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting and budget control. It guides and oversees the implementation of regulation and control of agriculture practice and enterprise through the provincial departments. Under the management of PICU the Provincial Departments are responsible for planning and implementation of MAIL programmes
