Hence, the need for J/P HRO’s structure to adapt accordingly in order to support new monitoring and reporting needs, as well as efficiency imperatives. Description: Following the earthquake, J/P Haitian Relief Organization (J/P HRO) was created to respond to the emergency needs of the people of Haiti. Today, J/P HRO works to support the residents in the IDP camps we manage and their surrounding neighborhoods transition from IDP life to durable, sustainable and prosperous communities.
